In this open Q&A session, startups from the RPTU ecosystem share their firsthand experiences with sales, customer acquisition, and go-to-market strategies. They will discuss what actually worked for them in practice — and what didn’t — when entering the market for the first time.

You will gain practical insights into topics such as identifying the right target customers, choosing effective outreach channels, building early sales pipelines, and securing first deals. The focus is on real-world experience rather than theory, giving you a realistic understanding of the challenges and opportunities in early-stage market entry.

The session is highly interactive and designed to address your own questions. Whether you are thinking about your first customers, struggling with outreach, or refining your positioning, you will have the opportunity to bring in your specific challenges and get direct feedback from founders who have been through the process themselves.
