“Impact” describes the powerful effect that a new idea, technology, or innovation can have on people, organizations, and society. Especially when transferring research into business, success depends on answering two essential questions: Who is your customer? and What problem are you truly solving?

In this interactive workshop, participants will learn how to transform research ideas into solutions with real market relevance. Together, we will explore the foundations of customer understanding, value creation, and early product-market fit. Through practical exercises and guided reflection, you will develop a clearer picture of your target audience, their motivations, challenges, and unmet needs.

A key part of the workshop is the use of a specially developed AI-supported tool that guides participants step by step through the process of building a strong buyer persona and testing first business assumptions. The tool helps structure ideas, uncover hidden insights, and support evidence-based decision-making in the early stages of innovation.
