Hi, I'm Bernd. I'm glad you stopped by here!
I ended up in Kaiserslautern in 2009. Originally from the Saarland, I lived in Ulm, Baden-Württemberg, for a long time, where I became a bit of a Swabian - not being scolded is praised enough - and now commute to Kaiserslautern from France - near Sarreguemines!
These stations have shaped me. My ability to network comes from the Saarland - you know someone who knows someone. My business acumen comes from Ulm - I founded two companies there. And my love of culinary delights comes from France.
With this mixture of influences, experience and passions, I have been running the Gründungsbüro for more than 15 years. I am happy to pass on what I have learned from founding my venture capital-financed biotech company, network with people who have exciting things to report and, together with my team, cook up the soup that makes you want to implement your own ideas and give them wings.
